Lightly Salted: Derrickwayne/Lightly Salted was music junkie of all genres from a very early age. He began to teach himself how to DJ at the young age of 16,and by the age of 19 he started mastering the art of vinly spinning. Establishing a name for himself in and around the South side of Johannesburg, he began to take his passion very seriously. His love for the music and the a...rt of Djing encouraged him to take the next step. Derrickwayne the join an entertainment group called Rocca and with them did he achieve alot,he played with the likes of Christos,Dj Kent,Dj Euphonik,Dj Fresh,Black Coffee,Culoe de song and in 2009 Derrckwayne took a change into his music life he went from being just a ordinary house/commercial dj to being a born again soulful house dj and within this transformation Lightly Salted was born.Lightly Salted is more than just a brand it is another level of podcasting/mix tapes
